Visit Phoenix and Plant-Based Farm-to-Table Food Art leader Melanie Albert, founder and CEO of Experience Nutrition bring us a fun, hands-on virtual cook-along experience creating a beautiful Raw Carrot Cake. Create your cake with Arizona Medjool dates and enjoy the aromatherapy of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom while making your own eye-catching, delicious carrot cake.

Please note you must sign up by April 6 to receive the ingredients. Those that sign up later will be able to participate but not partake in the cooking demonstration.
